Treats - Good or Bad For You?


Tasting good and looking festive doesn't have to mean it's bad for you.

We have learned how to make the most delicious, moist, flavorful desserts that fit within our food allergy boundaries...which in turn means eliminating several ingredients that are better left out of most people's diets...like wheat, dairy, eggs and animal products.



Some of the desserts we make are baked, like these cupcakes above but most are raw and crafted with fresh, whole foods.



Check out the health food section of your supermarket...or your local health food store and give some of the mixes and kits a try. I would bet that you can't taste the difference between vegan chocolate chips and the more processed, refined sugar kind.



You probably won't miss what is missing!
