Unsual Jewelry Materials - From a Hardware Store?

Plastic tubing and some exotic yarns were my inspiration for a series of jewelry designs I created recently.

By filling some plumbers tube with a selection of beautiful, variegated yarns it transformed an industrial material into an elegant, and interesting jewelry finding.

The tube remains flexible and conforms to your wrist or neck and the yarn is encased and protected. Some silver beads and a pretty focal piece finish the look.

You never know what you can transform into jewelry!
