I can forget how effective keeping it simple can be.
This, for instance, a quiet color pallet...echoed in the stone photo on the left.
With just a touch of silver.
Could I have added orange...or red...sure, but it would have had a completely different effect. This is soft. Which I think is a nice complement to the hardness of the materials.
Playing with shades of the same color can be fun...no matter what your project.
