We recently visited my parents in California and I feel so grateful that my children have them in their lives.
With the exception of one, all of my Grandparents died before I was born. My one Grandma did live to meet me but I was under 2 when she passed away.
I never had the joy of that kind of relationship. I see it with my children though. My parents are fantastic Grandparents. They shower love and affection.

Such a beautiful family! With the exception of my dad's mom, who passed away when I was 6, I never got to meet my other grandparents either. Luckily it was different for my children too! :)
Oh they look like such sweet people too.
